Classic Marble (Showers) Limited are proud of their shower tray and offers a 10 year Guarantee from the date of purchase, against faulty materials and manufacture, subject to the following:

• This Guarantee does not cover any installation of the product. Classic Marble provides installation instructions to assist the customer, but installation is the customer’s responsibility alone.
• The product(s) must only be used for its intended purpose.
• The product must not be adapted, modified or otherwise altered in any way prior to installation. Defective product(s) should be returned to Classic Marble and must not be fitted by customers.
• In the event of a defect in the product which the customer believes is covered by this Guarantee, the customer should contact Classic Marble. Classic Marble must be given the opportunity to inspect the product in its installed state.
• Customer(s) rights under this guarantee are limited to either the supply of a replacement product or a refund of the amount paid for the defective product (at Classic Marble’s discretion) and Classic Marble shall not be liable to pay any damages or other amounts to the customer for any damage or loss suffered, whether consequential or otherwise.

This guarantee does not in any way affect a consumer’s statutory rights.
